FAQs
While most of our meetings will be geared towards our HeartSync Interns and Ministers, we will be offering breakout sessions and learning opportunities for those who are not as familiar with HeartSync Ministry or for those who provide the intercessory covering for interns and ministers.
The ultimate goal of the HeartSync Gathering is to come together and build community. We welcome your spouses, family, and friends!
Please note: While we have a breakout on HeartSync For Kids and love children, we will not be able to provide child care at this event. We ask that all registrants or companion tickets be 16+ years.

The choices for the 1st Break-Out Space:
Defense Mechanisms - the Guardian's tools of Self Protection with Steve Fair, LMSW (based on the book - "The Journey into the Divided Heart")
The Journey into the Divided Heart book has served as a gateway into heart healing for many of those that have not yet known about HeartSync or heart healing at all, and has been an important introduction to their own divided hearts that leads them to decide to pursue the healing touch of Jesus starting with their Guardians. This break out group will highlight "The Journey into the Divided Heart" book as a training manual written by both Steve Fair and Bishop Andrew Miller, and will walk you through the main weapons that our Guardians use to protect our emotional hearts. Participants will learn much better to recognize and attune with their own Guardians as well as the Guardians of others, and give verbiage to the tools they are using to protect their Emotion Core either in or out of Sync with Jesus. This break out group will give practical applications of the HeartSync healing process to use corporately in churches, counseling centers, and small groups, as well as individually and within the family.
*Open to all participants
Cultural and Racial Sensitivity with various Area Leaders
How to navigate, research, and address the cultural or racial norms and respect boundaries within a HeartSync session.
*Open to HeartSync interns and ministers
The choices for the 2nd Break-Out Space:
Navigating HeartSync Sessions with Pre-Believers with a Panel of Area Leaders
For those who have been curious how Bsp. Andrew and other Ministers have been able to offer sessions to those who haven't yet accepted Jesus as their Lord, this session is for you. We have gathered together to brain storm the key questions about how to navigate a HeartSync Session on a secular level, including but not limited to Education difference, getting permission to pray, how to connect to God without pressuring, how to release trauma without praying out loud, how to utilize the model while honoring their spiritual boundaries and beliefs, how to make your intake form more "spiritual neutral," preparing for a session and more.
*Open to HeartSync interns and ministers
Relational Skills in HeartSync
Build your relational and attunement skills!
*Open to all participants
The choices for the 3rd Break-Out Space:
Trauma Release with various Area Leaders
All the things you need to know about releasing pain and trauma in or out of a HeartSync session. Both for yourself and releasing the trauma of others if you pick it up in a session.
*Open to HeartSync interns and ministers
HeartSync The Family with Donna Tadych
Join Donna as she dives more into how to utilize and normalize HeartSync principles within the family at all age levels.
*Open to all participants
Please note:
Cosmic Forces with various Area Leaders
We have moved this talk to one of the main times as we had a high level of interest in it.
We are working on finalizing a few of those details. We plan for the email to be sent out at the beginning of August.
Right now our room block is sold out. We are working on expanding our room block and so the below link should work again soon. An email will go out to registrants as soon as we have word from the hotel.
The link to book your "run-of-the-house" double occupancy room for $159 per night at the Delta Hotel is here:
Please note that the link may automatically give you the full dates, but you only need to book from Thursday Sept 26-Sunday Sept 29th. Please be sure you select the correct dates for the conference.
The reason the link has a longer time frame is because our special rate applies for 3 days prior to the event and 3 days after the event (Sept 23 till Oct 2nd) so if you wanted to stay and explore Dallas and new friends for longer, you are more than welcome to.
Great news! We have complementary parking for the Delta Hotel so if you live in the Dallas area, are staying with friends, or have rented a car you should be good to go!
Short answer is YES!
Though Sarah Ann doesn't have time to monitor it, she has created a google form and corresponding Google excel for those looking for roommates at the Gathering.
She can email the links upon request after you register for the Gathering.
Questions include, preferred sleeping temperature, noise and light preferences, waking times and bedtimes, and more.(everything important for a peaceful room)
Once you fill out the form, you can look on the form to see others who are looking for a roommate and reach out to them directly to see if you are good fit for each other.
We have designed this conference to make it the most affordable and accessible! 90% of our conference will be on location at the hotel, so you shouldn't need to rent a car. For Friday, we are working on coordinating transportation for the various optional outside activities.
The hotel does not have a shuttle service for the airport though, so you will need to get a taxi or ride share to and from the hotel. We are working on partnering with a transportation service if the need is great enough, so will provide more details closer to the date.
We love children! However, given the nature of this event, we ask that registration and companion tickets be limited to ages 16+.
This is for a few reasons:
1. Some breakout topics will cover traumatic topics, and we cannot control the topics of questions during the Q&A panel.
2. We cannot guarantee the options for social events are child-friendly.
3. We will not be able to provide childcare for young ones.
Of course!
We will be offering several breakouts and so the HeartSync Gathering will count towards your "Specialized Mentoring" requirement.
It will also be a great time of connection with other interns and ministers!
Steve Fair is your biggest cheerleader!
He loves speaking with clinicians. We were originally going to have a separate breakout session for you but Steve was so excited about the other topics and felt you would benefit from attending the other sessions that he is considering a breakfast, lunch or dinner during one of the more open times for those who hold a clinical license to meet.
In the follow-up email to your registration where we confirm dietary requirements and breakout session registrations there will be a place to share if you are a licensed clinician, and we will send you a follow-up email confirming your special time of connection.
Steve will talk about HeartSync in the Mental Health Field: HeartSync is a powerful too that can easily be adapted to your professional setting, and is a game changer for counselors to utilize within the mental health field at any level. Join Steve Fair who will share about his own private practice and other practices that he has helped to incorporate HeartSync into their counseling programs. You will learn the following and more: a) how to introduce clients to HeartSync as a clinical intervention, b) how to use HeartSync with non-believers, c) how to best train you and your staff in HeartSync, d) how to document your counseling sessions when using HeartSync, and e) what HeartSync looks like in the treatment of each of the mental health diagnostic category. You will hear lots of HeartSync counseling office stories/testimonies, and practical suggestions that come from 25 years of private practice experience.
We will not be able to offer CEUs for the Gathering, but would be happy to provide verification and documentation if you have connection to an organization that can offer that.
As of right now, all registrations are non-refundable.
If anything major occurs after you register which affects your ability to attend, please feel free to reach out to us. Our heart is always to work with you if it is possible.
